The Food Menu

We wanted to share some of our favorite foods with everyone at our wedding. Most people know that we are pretty adventurous eaters and enjoy many different styles of cuisine. We love Asian and Latin food especially. Having taken a trip together to South East Asia and with our planned Honeymoon in South America, these two styles seemed like an obvious choice for us to serve at our Wedding.

Hors D’oeuvre

Lotus Root Chips with Ahi Tuna and Shiso, Wasabi Crema

Mini Blue Cheese and Bacon Burger

Brie and Pear Quesadilla with Mango Salsa

Crisp Perogi of Truffled New Potato, Taleggio Cheese and Chive

Spanish Style Flatbread with Spiced Olives, Paprika Braised Tomato and Shaved Manchego

Bite Sized Gyro with Grape Tomato and Tzatziki


Main Course with be served at two stations

Latin Station

Worldly Influenced “Tacos” with a choice of Szechwan Sesame Chicken, Pork Al Pastor and Wild Mushroom Tofu.

Lime Mustard Grilled Salmon Filets topped with Mango and Melon Salsa and Cucumber Vinaigrette

Fire Roasted Vegetable Empanadas served with Green Chili and Cilantro

Asian Station

Five Vegetable Lo Mein

Stir Fried Egg Noodles with Bean Sprouts, Bamboo Shoots, Water Chestnuts, Napa Cabbage and Bok Choy

Barbecued Chicken Steam Bun Bao’s

Petite Basil Chicken Bahn Mi, Butter Lettuce, Vegetable Slaw, Bird Pepper Mayo on a soft roll.
